Summit Performance Philosophy-
We understand that each race is demanding, and unique. Most importantly, we have learned that it’s not necessarily the physically strongest athlete who will succeed, but those that train and race within their means. Whether it’s to finish your first endurance race, qualify for Ironman Hawaii, or stand on the podium, a program of consistency and strength during preparation, while avoiding over-training is critical.
We believe and understand what it takes to gain personal success in this sport, incorporating all aspects of preparation to lay the foundation for the best race experience possible. Our insight and extensive knowledge of human physiology, and with prior publications and extensive study in sports nutrition, has enabled us to gain rapid success in this sport and translates to effective coaching, with specific attention to long course triathlon and IM distance.
Your training program is individualized based on your lifestyle, and your own personal goals. We work with each athlete on a personal level, and each schedule is uniquely developed based on your progression week-to-week, and adjusted as needed.
