Rob Rusunen
Whether you are a beginner or experienced triathlete, I will work with you and give you the individualized attention you need to significantly boost your training and reach your goals. The program, open to all ages and ability levels, is tailored to provide you with an optimal triathlon training program based on your goals, experience, fitness level, skills and lifestyle.
Each training program is uniquely created and adjusted to match your specific needs and fitness goals. Ongoing communication is the key to a successful training program and it is the cornerstone of Summit Coaching.
We will begin by reviewing your background, training and race experience, and current fitness level. Then we will work together to build a training program that is realistic, manageable, and effective in accomplishing your goals. We will use an online training log to view your program and track your progress. I also like my athletes to use other tools like a heart rate monitor and power meter to accurately log and track workouts.
