Full coaching includes:
1) Complete nutrition profile regarding strategies for recovery, race day, race and post race for optimal performance. Nutritional product available as option.
2) Personalized weekly scheduled workouts using on-line scheduling which also includes on-line personal log for each athlete, capable of uploading Garmin, Power tap, and more. Schedules are based on your availability, not cut and pasted workouts from other programs that you have to fit your schedule to.
3) Unlimited contact via email, phone and text.
4) Advice from my personal experience on training and race day execution and optimal strategies to qualify for Kona, Clearwater and/or podium
5) Generation of running HR zones and cycling power zones utilizing field testing and data analysis
6) Optional Cycling power data analysis and tracking of cycling stress throughout the season

With over 19 years of endurance racing experience Grant brings a vast amount of experience to his coaching. Specializing in Xterra, Cyclecross, Olympic, Half and Full Ironman distance coaching.
Each athlete recieves personalized weekly workout schedules using on-line scheduling which also includes a individula online log that is capable of uploading workout info from Garmin, Power Tap and more. All athletes recieve unlimited e-mail contact.
Monthly Cost: $75/month for 6 or more month commitment. $100/month on a month to month plan.
Ann developed a fascination for the sport of triathlon after watching her husband compete in the Hawaii Ironman World Championships in 2004. In her first season, Ann qualified for the Hawaii Ironman World Championships and has continued to advance in the sport. In 2007, Ann finished first in her age division at the Quelle Challenge, Ironman Roth, Germany, and again at Ironman Western Australia setting a new age group course record and obtaining an Ironman PR of 9:52.
Aleck credits his success to hard work, attention to detail, and adherence to a plan during training. His methods of recovery, proper building to key races, and successful tapering leading into events have lead to consecutive personal bests in all disciplines.
Kaytee brings more than eight years of multisport experience to the Summit Performance coaching team. As an elite amateur triathlete, Kaytee has consistently won her age group or placed first overall among the amateur females and has consistently placed high overall, competing with many professionals in the sport. One of her greatest accomplishments includes winning the F25 division at Ironman 70.3 World Championships in Clearwater, Florida.
